Kyungseok Choo Recognized for Pioneering Cyber Law Research
At the 8th international meeting of the Crime Observatory Network in early November, Endicott College Director of Homeland Security Studies Kyungseok Choo received a medal for his pioneering research in cyber law enforcement training and cybercrime development from General Jose Luis Ramirez, head of the Colombia National Police.
